This annual kick-off event was unprecedented on several fronts for the client. First, it was organised at the height of the COVID pandemic and besides having to deliver on the business objectives, 72 must project confidence and positivity in their ideas to drive an uplifting message for the entire APAC staff audience. On the practical aspect, we also have to ensure that the participants stay engaged for 8 hours virtually! Not only did 72 achieved these objectives but the client has rated this event as their BEST VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE and one where 150 APAC audience participated from their respective countries. While everyone was excited with the creative virtual setup and design, the poignant moment came for all when we pulled down the interactive design to reveal the green screen. 72 suggested this to drive home the message that our goals can still be achieved if everyone in JJSV works in unison to adapt and overcome the challenges posed by the new normal.
